This shows my technique for making stovetop espresso coffee with a Moka pot. The “crema (foam on top) created by whipping sugar with some coffee before you pour the finished coffee in the cup. There is no crema you get from a real espresso machine, but it is still good, I think the two parts of sugar with any less than 1 part coffee gives the right consistency (it takes a little practice). I’ll show you how to make a stove espresso from beginning to end. also the best type of bean to use. after viewing some one go to page 2 to see the finished result. . for this demo I usually buy coffee beans from Costa Coffee Shop (grade 5) What is the TON GEST you can get. Always grind your own beans when possible and use a very fine grind. BURR a grinder will give the best results, but you can use any type of mill as long as you look at a very fine grind. . Use your favorite beans and also experiment with different beans from other countries but the espresso is always use a Stong beans (roasted longer) good luck and enjoy your coffee. only a small detail. . . the pot is usually sold and promoted as an espresso machine but true espresso requires at least 14 bar pressure, which can not be achieved on a stove. .
