The coffee shop is nice but there are a lot to improve in terms of service and product quality. I would say that this should be considered by owners of Seattles Best Coffee
1. Their mugs are not so good in terms of quality. It drips even if I closed it tightly enough.
2. Their giveaways are so cheap and you have to get so much stickers.
3. They don’t have wi-fi facility in SLEX Caltex, the barista just told me to get it at the variety store but there’s none. I ended up going somewhere else.
Please give more comments, I want the shop to improve coz I am loving their coffee but the service is bad.
