I had espresso powder to a brownie recipe, and after 2 weeks I found some. I made brownies, but now what do I do with espresso powder that is left? I do not like to drink espresso straight up and I do not drink coffee so much anyway. So does anyone have any good recipes that call for espresso powder? I cook a lot and did not find many recipes that require it.
