I drink coffee now and sometimes it means I am super awake and productive and other times has no effect and it just makes me not sleep at all. So how can I take advantage of coffee without any side effects???? Thanks x

Can anyone point Me links that show the benefits of drinking coffee, even as anti-oxidants have coffee and what diseases it can help prefent in the future from coninuous consumption.

I live in the USA, where the mild stimulant Coca Tea is perfectly legal, though not widely available. I purchased mine through amazon. Every morning, rather than coffee, I drink one mug of MacMate Premium Organic Bolivian Coca Tea. Will this cause me to test POSITIVE for cocaine or amphetamine on a drug screen? If so, how long will it take in order to get the Coca Tea out of my system? Thanks for all answers.
