And dont be so INNOCENT that higher taxes will be only for those who earn more than 250 K! It is a lerkrukaMed Obama’s tax plan, those earning over 40k will pay much more tax than nuNEJ Mike WRONG! Obama will increase taxes for those earning more than 42K !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m 5’6 and 156 kg and my goal is 140 of May 25 I need suggestions on how to lose weight. I can stick to a strict exercise routine but I am not very strict with my diet. I can stay away from non-healthy food but I am always hungry and all I ever want is a frame noodles and cereal (Special K, Nature’s Grain, Shredded Wheat). My normal routine: Breakfast: cereal, 2 cups of coffee, lots of 2% milk Lunch + Dinner: cereal or a package of framework noodles Snack: grapes, bananas or toasted wheat bread w / PBDricker: 1-3 cups of coffee 3-5x a week and lots of 2% milk. I hate water but I try to force myself to drink det.EXERCIZE: crunches, AbRoller, jump rope, exercise bike or run for 30 minutes at least three times in veckan.Vad can I add or remove from my diet or exercize routine? What can I do that is effective enough for me to lose 16 pounds before May 25? I am open to a proposal. Thank you very much!

McCain has followed the bush plan of giving the middle class almost enough of a tax cut to afford a small cup of coffee in the morning, and giving the wealthy enough in tax cuts to buy another luxury SUV.
Obama’s plan is pretty liberal, giving most of the breaks to the lower and middle class, and then increasing the tax on the upper class citizens.

Which do you prefer and why?

everything in the plan is good but i like my coffe in the morning, does coffe add alot of calories? is it bad when im on a diet?
