In a small southern town on a limited budget.

we have put a lot of work in it and we are located in a very small town in Ontario Canada. . . now the problem is that we just found out that the fine dining place from right across our business has closed and is renting it out to someone who is planning to open a coffee house there (right across from us), this would be very bad news for us and we are really very worried about our future. . . . is there anything we can do to fight it or do we just have to accept the competiton. . . . . please help??
