Heavy burr grinder – great for all types of coffee

charged a glass coffee table to keep the coffee machine, with my wife was probably the worst experience I could ever think of. Undoubtedly troublesome, created a state of suffering in all cases. Both of us are extremely pragmatic, have strong tastes and used to respect our own choices and preferences. However, this does not affect our personal lives at all, because we are both wise enough to let some space in the relationship. Yet, when it comes to renovating or REFURNISH house, such as altering the design of your living room or change the colors of the walls, or buy some kind of machines, everything suddenly breaks off at a furious manner. When we were planning to buy a new glass top coffee table, we felt exactly the same thing.

After visiting a dozen stores glass coffee tables, we could not even agree on a single election. However, my sense of pride allowed me to regard myself as the true connoisseur. My idea of a perfect glass coffee table will be simple, economic lines, with an elegant and functional design and size that fits exactly to the center of our living room to enhance its glory. But my wife, on the contrary, with his aesthetic sense of fantasy, like an extravagant rococo – one in the baroque style. What I win outdated, inefficient and vulgar, her eyes happily accepted the exact same thing. She thought that her dream would be the coffee table made of glass and has the lion’s feet with the corners of Bejeweled coffee cup holders. It seemed that she lived in a court of Louis XIV and pick out the glass coffee tables of the royal house, for when her tastes would have definitely been hugely popular and lavish completed. But no matter where I am totally against the idea of giving my wishes and let her have all the right to pick the glass table in her desire.

In the end we ended up in a fight between us before the actual decision. Our struggle is not a simple fraction that lasts a while, rather it is a fairy tale. In addition, memories of the last one makes me shudder enough to let it come between us and the tension flare up again. In the end I did something to my wife’s dubious taste, and thus found a glass coffee table which went quite well with our taste, although none of us preferred it to a large extent.

Since coffee was first made there were machines to do the brewing. The Turkish Ibrik was the first machine was invented. It is still in use in cafes in the Middle East and Turkey, which provides one of the strongest drinks around, but needs no filters.

Most machines are designed to drip. Add water to the top of that, let the coil heat exchanger, like a kettle does, and then watch the boiling water funnel your grind and into a pool of glass, which sits on a heated plate. But this is very basic, and there is so much more that other machines can do to make your life easier.

Modern them have evolved so much that they are doing everything but playing your recent music DVDs. Most now come with LCD screens that will show you what time it is, the brewing time and temperature. They also have timers, and other information.

Brewing control is still very small. Auto-switch-offs are useful for those of us who simply forget it. I am a perfect example of someone who is extremely busy and can not wait for the pot to fill. I take out the pot before the power is out. At one time, the coffee would not stop dripping and splashing onto the plate. Thanks to the new feature, there is a temporary halt in the flow when the pot is removed. LCD is particularly useful because it illuminates the darkness for us to get a very early start.

The new European pod machines are probably the niftiest invention, since little or no cleaning is involved as a coffee-makers of the people involved earlier. You use paper filters, which already contains the measured coffee and let the boiling water to filter it through the grind. When the bridge is complete, you can throw them away. This is extremely important if you are like me, that the busy person who does not have an aversion cleaning, but very little time to do it.

In one cup coffee makers are a great addition to its easy to buy paper filters, perfect for us city dwellers and poor quality of water we get. But are permanent filters to replace them. The pods can use either, but people are still arguing over the impact on your drink if not filter paper used in them. The choice is yours truly.

If you really want to splash out then get a machine that has a built-in grinder. Personally, I prefer the pleasure of a separate machine as cleaning up afterwards, it is much easier. I still have yet to find a machine that roasts, grinds and brews. Have you seen one yet?

Would it be going too much to ask? It may be that the traditional way is best. I do not hear any complaints from Turkey, and their coffee is absolutely delicious. My coffee has not been so good lately. I wonder why?

Domestic coffee use has evolved from packets of instant coffee in the kitchen cupboards, to trendy and sophisticated pod and capsule machines. As a result, our expectations for good coffee raised, and as a company it is our duty to produce high quality drinks for customers who meet these expectations. So which way should we go?

Traditional espresso machines

Available in different shapes and sizes ie 1, 2, 3 and 4 group machines (a group which comes out from the water, which passes through the coffee sitting in the group handle. A group handle can be single or double team, allowing you to give up either one or two shots of coffee depends on the amount of coffee place in the handle that is usually around 7 or 14 grams) and partially and fully automatic (semi-automatic is where you control the dose of coffee and turn it off when you have enough, fully automatic means that the buttons has a preset dose and the machine stops of its own). These machines usually have either one or two steam arms for skim / steaming milk, and one or two hot water outlets.

When you buy a traditional engine packages, they should consist of the following basic points:

• A mill to grind /> coffee • Knock-out box that can sit either in machine or grinder allows you to "knock-out" used /> coffee • Barista Kit which can include such basic items such as a foaming jug, thermometer, pallet knife, chocolate shaker and an espresso shot glass
• Water filters that are connected to a network cold water to prevent accumulation of sand inside the boiler and the radiator,

Ideally, you should also provide a waste grid connection. The size of the machine depends on the size of the establishment or how busy you think you will be. The most common one is by far a 2 group fully automatic machine, but some smaller sites will have a larger facility and may have three or four.

These machines are very much about the theater and even those are for show as the coffee is very much an art and a good barista training is extremely important and is good at understanding and making good coffee takes time and practice, because it is very easy to make a bad coffee. Prices may vary from about £ 800 to £ 6000, but remember, you get what you pay for, so make sure you choose the machine is new and fully justified, including full barista training and a good support. The beauty of traditional machines is that there are no large moving parts so less to go wrong.

In recent years, traditional espresso machines have become more sophisticated, with things like forehead or head temperature control options that let you tailor the temperature of the espresso water to suit different brewing temperature for coffee. Other new features include automatic steam wands, also known as hyper or turbo wands magic wands, so you automatically skimmed milk or steam perfectly without human intervention.

Bean to cup Machines

A bean to cup machine does exactly what it says! The fresh coffee beans are placed inside the machine, to press a button the machine automatically grinds the beans and pours both coffee and milk in your cup.

Bean to cup machines, coffee machines such as Jura, is quick and easy, and make fresh coffee at a keystroke. What you need to remember with this type of system is that there are many moving parts so more for possible errors and the need for daily cleaning that must be followed otherwise your great coffee will not be so great the next day!

This type of system is ideal for a pub restaurant where the staff training can sometimes be a problem, it’s also great for convenience stores or gas stations where a takeaway coffee station may be needed. Some smaller machines require very little setup or training and can be tank fed, so no need for plumbing. These machines will also usually have some sort of small-scale cycle instead of a water filter to prevent scale build up. It usually takes between 30 and 50 seconds from pressing the button to fill the cup, depending on cup size and type of beverage selection. Some of the larger volume of machines can produce two milk-based drinks at once, while most will do two black coffee at once, an important feature for some very busy sites.

Over time, even the bean to cup machine has been developed and are now using different combinations are fresh beans, fresh milk or an immediate / granulated milk, instant coffee and hot chocolate.

These various machines designed to produce anything from 50 cups per day to over 500 per day. The cost of these can vary from under £ 1000 to well over £ 10,000, so it is important that you make the right choice.

Abstract – Traditional Espresso vs. bean to cup

The traditional machines certainly is for those who want theatricality of coffee. The advantage is that they make good coffee, as long as they are, are fully trained. A combination of hardware and thorough training can give the true Italian coffee experience.

Bean to cup machines are fast, easy and requires very little training. The machines will have approximately the same coffee every time the button is pressed, whether it’s 16 or 60 times, but remember, they must be taken care of and cleaned daily or problems will arise very quickly.
