Committee considers bids on property
A historic house in Wahpeton may be transformed into a bed and breakfast, coffee shop or boarding house. Three submissions for the Rosenberg property at 86 Dakota Avenue, a 2,800-square-foot home located next to the city’s new Volunteer Park, arrived by the June 1 deadline.
