Both my fiance and myself drink coffee on a regular basis. We often put soy milk in the coffee and mainly eat vegetarian, with fish and the occasional chicken. But for some strange reason, coffee leaves an aftertaste of hotdogs in our mouths. And not just the same kind of coffee. . . why does this happen?
I eat a balanced diet, plenty of vegetables, a lot of starch grains and protein. Did I miss something? Someone once said that fiber kills the urge, but I read the nutrition facts on a box with fiber bars that would have been healthy, they had the same amount of calories as my favorite ice cream! And nutrition facts were frightening. . . . high fructose corn syrup, not even remotely in moderate amounts, and lots of sugar! My biggest problem is not starvation, because vegetables are surprisingly filling (back when I ate nothing but Ramen, coffee, 1 / 2 cup sugar for each cup of coffee, and candy, I pretty much had no idea that was filling and vegetables could taste. .. good.) But I have great problems controlling my cravings, yeah, I just broke my diet once so far, but I should not have much of an internal power struggle this far into the dieten.Och just so you understand my diet completely its low-calorie diet restriction, in principle, permit me a sh! Tload of vegetables, small amounts of actual meat (but I make my protein count nuts, eggs and boca burgers, yum) and fair amount of grain, fruit, and even if I get a good amount of dairy products, frankly I do not care if, except in the worst forms like ice cream, but I take calcium and vitamin D as my doc told me to take.
I looked at the ingredients rather than exactly a “T” measurement. I just wonder what part of the coffee cake went wrong. Too much or not enough what what?
