There is no real secret when it comes to your morning routine. If your routine is interrupted when the rest of the day probably will fair poorly. If the routine works out which days will have a chance to be great. What if you changed your routine for the better? I mean, what if you made a change that will improve your routine? The term improvement requires some length for you the person who routinely stepping out of the box on the regularity. To do this would not be an accessory to the routine, but to change one or two small details would. Is this hard transition? What are the advantages to make a small change in my routine? Let me share my story with you, and you will see what a small change made for me. P> Here is a change recently that I did. I used to buy ordinary Colombian roasted coffee, but it would include French Vanilla flavored CREAMER. I drank my coffee like this in years. Then in an attempt to climb out of the box I tried one of my company’s flavored coffee, using a standard CREAMER. The first went against the tide, but it was not the taste of coffee, it was routine that bothered me. I stayed involved in change, and on the third day I was open to another change. I’m the one who drinks iced tea straight through, but I ended up drinking iced tea and changed to bottled water. This change made me miserable for about 48 hours, but after that I was good. Here is the great part, I started losing weight. My pants got a little looser and my outlook on life became much better. P> What causes the decrease in weight? The drinking water was to remove the toxins in my body and my doctor as these toxins slow down my metabolism. When I made just one change that helped me make another, which changed my life for the better. Are there any other benefits to this change? Yes, it not only helped me lose weight and made me feel better, it got my attention that the current theory was a bunch of hoopla. I did not include a routine to have a good day. I had to step out of the box to get a better quality of life. What if we all just took a step out of our routines, we might find that there is more to life when the Colombian coffee with French Vanilla CREAMER. P>
And dont be so INNOCENT that higher taxes will be only for those who earn more than 250 K! It is a lerkrukaMed Obama’s tax plan, those earning over 40k will pay much more tax than nuNEJ Mike WRONG! Obama will increase taxes for those earning more than 42K !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
