They are usually small ,square and look like chocolate cake layers with whipped layers and thin caramelized something on top. They taste like coffee, chocolate and caramel. They are at every chinese buffet and are delicious. I’d like to know what they are called and maybe how to make them. What’s in them, something!

Today I ate a package of Drake’s Coffee Cakes its the individual packages of two coffee cakes in it. How many calories are in a package of those cakes? I threw the box out awhile back ago.
