Watch any material properties for an area to live in and they will always use phrases like “enjoy the cosmopolitan lifestyle cafe just outside the door.” A cafe culture in the neighborhood is seen as desirable, invoking images of bygone bohemian coffee house in Europe. This has led to a huge increase in the cafes, from large multinational companies such as Starbucks, to individual organic cafes selling Fairtrade coffee blends from around the world.
These cafes will generally sell exciting flavored coffee such as Dark Amaretto Frappucino, gingerbread mocha, raspberry latte, etc. These specialty coffee is flavored using one or more coffee syrup. Syrups come in many flavors, from Amaretto to the above toffee, almonds and many fruit flavors such as raspberry and blueberry. For me, nothing beats a strong espresso machiato, but if I will be embedded for a while, a long coffee, flavored with a premium syrup is a common choice.
Coffee syrup is made of varying quality ingedients which naturally affects the price. The best brands are made from the finest nuts and fruit and distilled down into syrups used in coffee. Top brands to look out for in your local coffee shop include Da Vinci, Monin and Dolce. You should look for the syrup with a higher concentration of the ingredients compared to syrup itself. If you buy them for home use, it is worth spending the extra for the best quality brands as they become cheaper in the long run and you will have a much nicer experience per cup.
Another thing to look for when choosing a coffee syrup is that some brands are better than others at not curdling the milk if you add it. Some cheaper brands are also likely to separate if heated too much. Again, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for.
You may think that adding syurp that the coffee would be a disaster for weight-concious, but most brands are good fats and cholesterol-free. In fact, sugar-free coffee syrup is readily available without compromising on taste. They are great for people on low-carbohydrate diets also.
Coffee syrup is not just for coffee. They can be used in other beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. For example, you can make delicious iced frappe. They are also delicious added to soda water. They are perfect for adding to children’s drinks that you can make interesting concoctions that are much lower in sugar than regular soda.
Baking is also another good way to use these flavorful syrup. They can be used in cakes, cookies and even bread. You’re limited only by your creativity. And let’s not forget fun to add a large lump of caramel coffee syrup, vanilla ice cream. Truly sublime!
So next time you are in your local coffee house, enjoying the bohemian cafe lifestyle, consider adding a flavored syrup to your coffee to take your experience to the next level. P>

I like to run COFFEE ROASTER companies and very interested in ROASTING COFFEE flavors. WHEN? And what kind of flavor S they use? HOW CAN I BUY IT?
I’m no fan of coffee, but I have another idea. In the morning, why not add some coffee grounds into a shake to turn it into an energy drink? Good or bad idea? I’m not sure I want to try this.
From the research I did I take a medium with skim milk and Splenda with the addition of flavoring agents is approximately 50 calories, far less than a cold drink of iced coffee Starbucks.Är a good therapy for someone like me who see their calories? I gave up my daily frappachinos (400 + calories) and have replaced it with an occasional iced coffee.
