I love the caramel iced coffee at Mc Donald’s but I always get jumpy and nervous. However it doesn’t help that our mickey d’s is in Wal-mart . Sometimes I don’t like that place.
I hope it’s decaf, if not I am going to suggest that get decaf.

Sorry but the caramel iced coffee at Mc D does not come in decaf. Caffinated only, been there done that. You can get the hot coffee in regular OR decaf.
