i am 13 and each morning i drink this vanilla cold coffee stuff that comes in a little glass bottle and its maker it starbucks. . i was texting my friend the other day and he told me that his doctor told him to stop drinking those because apparently you don’t grow then. i don’t believe this. do you think this is true or not ? lol. im just kinda curious. either way im still gonna drink them (:

There is nothing that coffee can do to keep you from growing. It’s all in your genetics. That doctor is an idiot.
It’s an old rumor that just won’t die.
While coffee can stunt your growth, it is highly unlikely to actually occur. The doctor probably said that because he just wanted to scare your friend into not drinking coffee anymore. After all, caffeine is very bad for you.

coffee isn’t the best for your health, but it’s not a reason for you not to grow.
