I drink a little coffee no more than a cup/ cup and a half at the most, not every day but I noticed I have been drinking it more often, I dont like that so I am going to quit drinking it. I like drinking it but at the same time I always wonder if it bad for your skin I noticed if I drink coffee and then take a shower my skin is dryer than normal also it stains your teeth. Good tips on quitting coffee. ? I love green tea and plan on always drinking that the caffeine in tea dose not effect me only coffee. Today I got an iced coffee and poured some out but drank about 75% I always feel so guilty and in my head I am like I dont want to drink this anymore like it is the last time I want it to be the last time, so I am done no looking back. Any good advice or tips if I do get a craving. I live in LA and there is coffe shops everywhere. I dont own a coffee maker so thats not a problem.

Coffee does have a tendency to stain your teeth, If not already doing so, brushing with Oral B electric toothbrush and Mentadent baking soda peroxide helps whiten them. If you can go to green tea that is great, more alkaline and better for teeth and health ( but if you just have to have that one cup of coffee try a little xylitol in it, natural substitute for sugar is great to combat some of the effects of the sugar filled coffee drinks (natures sunshine now sells it in packs). Xylitol has an anti-cavity fighting ingredient. Hardens soft spots on teeth, they even make a mouthwash with it. Word of caution though start of slow with xylitol because it takes the body a little time to adjust and build enzymes to digest, it kills bacteria in the mouth and is also taken for ear infections.
It also is alkaline and will help kill the cravings for coffee.
