What a disappointment! After brewing 8 cups and do not have hot coffee. . . . I brewed 4 cups and immediately poured from the thermos — coffee was still “just warm” and very bland. We are real coffee drinkers, grind our own beans, the quality bean. This coffee is brewed the worst coffee ever. Although planning does not show “is” only “pm” and it can be confusing unless you really really concentrating on your attitude. I would not recommend this product at all. Coffee is mild with an off taste. Coffee is not hot. We have an older model Cuisinart thermal coffee maker that makes wonderful, warm coffee – coffee is hot all day. We wanted to upgrade to a smaller version 10 c thermal coffee maker, and are really disappointed with this model. We would not recommend this model. Rating: 1 / 5
