I’ve heard rumors that coffee kills the nutrients in the food and if you take your vitamins with it. Supposedly vitamins are destroyed along with the business of food if you drink coffee with it.

    Never heard of that and to me it sounds a bit suspect and silly. I would waste no more time worrying about something so trivial.

    Can you count the number of vitamins Atoms (?) and compare how many you pass as poo??
    Get real ,,,,you can go without food for days,…
    and still have enough energy to cut your arm or leg off and still walk to safety..

    That’s ridiculous! Coffee is merely flavored water and has absolutely no affect on nutritional ingestion. However; being a diuretic, it will expedite its ejection.
