I am so disappointed with the Black & Decker. I thought about how I can go wrong buying a product with their name on it. Boy, I was mistaken. Someone else mentioned the same problem I had with the crackling and popping. Sounded like it might catch fire at any minute. The clock would not keep the correct time. It was always 4 hours after so I could not use the timer. I took it back to the store I feel that the defective one and unfortunately it is exchanged for another. Incredibly, the exact same problem.
