I’m not too sure exactly how they make them

only that they’re made at the McCafe

The syrup is produced for McDonalds only and the only label says McCafe

    The coffee is arabica

As far as cream goes, it’s just plain cream…the same that’s used in coffee

First, we brew a double strength batch of coffee. Then we mix the coffee with 8 cups of ice and let the ice melt. The ice and coffee mixture is put into a dispenser. When we make an iced coffee, we fill the cup 3/4 full of ice, then add 2 shots of vanilla syrup (maybe 2 tbsp or so) and one shot of cream (about 1 tbsp). Finally we fill up the cup with the ice and coffee mixture and stir well. This “recipe” makes a 12 ounce drink.
