Perhaps my machine was also scaled when I tried to use this product but it did absolutely nothing to clean the scale from the inside. It also boasts that it is a natural product being advertised, but the box is scary warnings for use. I was disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. Rating: 1 / 5
Do you have an espresso machine that is slow and cumbersome – not skim milk way it used for? Or how about a coffee machine that makes bitter coffee does not taste as good as it once did? Do not throw these machines out! Urnex Cleancaf Cleaner really works! I’ve used it on two espresso machines, I thought I would need to replace and they have been reborn. I also used it on my coffee maker with excellent results. It makes this product a saving money. (And without having to use it as often as they say. It depends on how often you use the machines, if you use filtered water, etc., but my machines are supplied as new with a semi-annual usage.) Rating: 5 / 5

The product is equally good (each of our situation) if you are half the package and the use of two cups of water (instead of four) and run through your computer. It’s worth a try, given the costs. Rating: 5 / 5
I bought this product for fun, it was on clearance at a local Williams Sonoma (the same price as Amazon) and I have told everyone I know about this product, I love it. I had cleaned my coffee machine several times on old-fashioned way, vinegar, hot water, etc. but nothing seemed to really work. A time with this product and the coffee machine was almost brand new again and all the spots in my thermal coffee pot was gone, even if I use bleach to clean the pot, there are still spots, I love this stuff. I know the box says to use once a week but I think it is a bit much, once every month or every other month is probably good. Rating: 5 / 5
