this is what I eat

small coffe with half and half
small orange juice
apple cinnamon oatmeal

a protein bar

wheat bread with raw spinach and roasted skinless cold chicken and light mayo sandwhich
cellery
strawberries

garden salad no dressing

    That is good, but if you exercise, you’ll get flatter sooner.

    Do p90x if you wanna lose weight its just great. And on to your question its a good diet but, eat every 2-3 hours small meals. That’ll get your metabolism going and never give a chance to stop it’ll speed up.

    as long as your
    eating:
    at least 3 meals
    breakfast
    foods from all the Food Groups
    not starving yourself
    and doing something you can actually sustain in the long run, you should be fine.
    Couple a good diet with exercise.
    Just watch to make sure your not adding to much sugar/milk to your coffee.
