so it all started this weekend. i didnt go to be friday night, i stayed up until about 4am saturday morning. i slept in saturday till 2-4pm. i didnt go to bed saturday night, i stayed up till about 4am. i slept in again all sunday, not wakening up till about 4-5pm. i stayed up all night going to bed at 5am monday morning. i only got to sleep till 10am because of school, only getting 5 hours of sleep. then today i only got to take a 30 minute nap. and now its 430 am tuesday morning. and i cant get to sleep. ive been trying to just lay in bed and fall asleep, but my eyes will not stay shut and when i try to imagine something soothing, my mind just stays blank. its like i slept in all day, but i only got 5 hours of sleep and a 30 minute nap. i dont want to stay up because i dont want to sleep in all day. but i just cant help it. i have a half a cup of french vanilla cappuccino at about midnight, forgetting it had caffeine. could that still be keeping me up? im usually never this awake at 4am with only 5 hours of sleep the day before. is there anything i can do to get sleepy? i tried taking a shower and drinking milk, but no luck.

I am the same exact way. I have to “get up” in an hour and I havent even been to bed yet, lol. I figure I will stretch it out to about 11p and then wake up at 7a the next day and try and get back on a skd. I am taking meds from a back surgery I had and they don’t even help. Are oyu experiencing a climaate change in your area, I heard that throws off sleep patterns for a while?
