We live abroad so it is great to get real coffee. All this is instant. Ch. Rating: 4 / 5
Disclaimer: I make really strong coffee. I love the taste of great coffee, so I generally use a lot more than what is recommended on the label. I have not tried (nor do I care to try) the coffee in a more dilute form.Detta coffee is probably the worst coffee I ever tasted. I bought this coffee so that I would have no pre-ground to use when running low on time. I liked the fact Folger Brazilian blend, and in general I find their coffee at least enjoyable. However, this was an exception. It is marked on the container, light, medium in the ads, and I’m not really sure what constitutes a light coffee (which I usually go in the darker roasts). I’m not sure how to describe the taste, but I really was not prepared for what I imbided on my first cup. At first just tastes kind of rancid. Then there is a carrot-like taste / aftertaste that I do not expect when I drink coffee. I was getting this for five dollars at Walmart, so I guess I could have expected mindre.Med given the cheap price, my ignorance of how easily blends generally taste, and the fact that I enjoy the dark blends, I gave it two stars.
