Ok, I can save a lot of money in this way. I work at a university and have sanitary facilities (bath and shower). I have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, freezer and sleeping bag on my kontor.Problemet is that I need an address. I’m an international student with F-1 Visa status and I am obliged to keep authorities up to date on my adress.Jag do not have time for an extra jobb.Jag is open to suggestions, if you have några.Ja, can I park my car at the university.

In theory, it could be possible. But in actuality, no.

No town wants homeless people living in their cars on its streets. They have ordinances against it. So the police will ask to see your ID and tell you to move it along. If the same police regularly see you, then you could be in for some trouble.

It sounds like you’ll actually be living out of your office? – so I don’t think you’ll have to worry about cops telling you to “move it along” as long as you’re not physically living in your car i.e. sleeping, getting dressed…etc. As far as the address goes, do you have any friends? Perhaps one of them would be willing to let you use their address as your own? I’m pretty sure this is illegal, but if you know someone you can trust then it might be your best bet…

You can get a P.O. Box for your mail. Can you park your car in the university parking lot?
