I do not own this machine but had to leave after laughing at another review. . . the person who stated that he tried to contact customer service and left a message and never called back. . . I laughed, because two years ago I got a Delonghi coffee pot as a gift (because I had no receipt). The pot was defective. I could not change it cuz I’ve been looking for them but did not know if it had been purchased. So, I decided to go directly to the source. . . DeLonghi. They were difficult to handle and not customer-oriented (read: the customer is not always right). They would not replace their defective products. Bottom line: I would never buy a Delonghi again based on principle alone. Rating: 1 / 5

I was taken by the low price, but it was a mistake. The machine came with a broken water tank – it is made of a thin, cheap plastic, which was cracked when I took it out of the box, and leaked water when I filled it. I’m returning it for a refund – the cheaper Hamilton Beach espresso machine I have now had a better quality, robust water tank than it does. Do not buy this! Rating: 1 / 5

My wife and I took earlier a DeLonghi Caffe Verona, and was very happy with it. Beverage Market Cup felt very solid. It had very little bit – just the base cup, a metal way to keep coffee, and a rubber disk. We used Caffe Verona for 8-9 years and it is getting tired – begins to leak and the espresso is weaker now than it used to be. Thus the decision to buy a new maskin.Eftersom we had been happy with Caffe Verona, we decided to try EC140B. I’m not sure what changed, but EC140B seemed to be a completely different (read “lower”) class machine. Beverage Market Cup felt very easy and inexpensive. It also had a number of smaller parts, the loss of someone who makes the machine unusable. Part (a rubber gasket mentioned in another review) seemed particularly susceptible to wear. And if you need parts, have other reviewers mentioned that their customer service experience was less than stellar.Efter eagerly unzipped EC140B I was disappointed by the light quality and design (number of small pieces). I returned it without even turning it on. Unfortunately, Amazon does not cover returfrakten.Jag looking at other tests DeLonghi and Krups espresso machine on Amazon and the reviews all seemed to be mixed. We finally decided to try a $ 200 Gaggia Carezza. Rating: 1 / 5

This product has been sent to the wrong address – which was registered with Amazon and even tho I filled out the correct address was in the transition to the seller. Be sure to double check the address on your order when it is confirmed! As for the product, I was replacing an espresso machine that I have had for 4 years and it is exact copy of my original so I would say I am very pleased with the product, especially for the price. Now I just wait until I get to the address it was sent to in order to use it. Rating: 4 / 5
