When I use the single serving cup (not a k cup but regular ground coffee) it dispenses a few drops of coffee, full of grounds, and then water comes out of the top of the single serving cup. What is happening?! I have tried cleaning it and nothing seems to be working

p. s. I have the cup that is specifically for ground coffee

i believe youre only supposed to use the cups as far as i know thats why they sell them. hah silly!
because you should only use k-cups. They are different-more like instant coffee.
Operator error.
You are not using proper equipment.
