Would really like to look at this coffee – however Amazon has started to use the Trac, a real lame carrier for local deliveries, and as a result of this, I have not my order. On-Trac’s awful. I’m surprised that Amazon would risk his reputation on the 3rd Rate it. There is no schedule for their supplies, they can not provide information when you call customer service, and seems to be run on a shoestring. Their call center staff seem quite used to apologize for their incompetent delivery personnel. I have had the delivery people leave delivery notices, but to call in through our security system. I have had the delivery people leave the “other messages” on their first half-hearted delivery attempt. I have been supplying people appearing in off-hours (late at night, etc) and say they were “close as they thought they would drop the package off. It is not the quality of the services Amazon should provide, and they must end with this company. Rating: 1 / 5
Coffee is granular so that it remains in the Keur coil machines and will in my next brewed cup that may be something else. Rating: 2 / 5
I do not understand how this can be considered French Roast. I love the French roast coffee, but this is very weak. Reminds me of coffee in my waiting room, for example, when you are on the car dealership waiting for your car. If this is a very bold, I would hate to try the medium or light coffee. I’ve tried three of the brands EXTRA BOLD varieties now and have yet to consider any of the three to ExtraBold. My Mother-in-law likes it though. She is a light coffee drink. My husband and I love the taste. We tend to like the bold flavors that are not bitter. Another good thing is Kona (Island Style)! Rating: 5 / 5
