Had it for a couple of months. . . . . . . . sent back. Decanter could not keep the coffee warm over 20 minutes, even with pre-heating it with warm water. Our worked for about 4 months and then began to reverse itself after brewing just 1 or 2 cups. We are now having coffee and keep pressing the button, and eventually we get a pot of coffee. The thermal Carafe is also poorly designed, requiring you to insert a small plastic lid after brewing, otherwise the coffee will be very warm after only an hour or två.I ‘m on Amazon today to purchase a new Thermal coffee maker and it will not be a Zojirushi ! it just did not brew it hot enough. Especially for my wife who likes cream in her. I asked the place I got it from, if there is any way to make it warmer. They proposed to preheat the carafe. Sort of defeats the purpose of a programmable coffee maker, IMHO. We like decanter, however, so we keep it as a backup. Rating: 3 / 5
