Coffee is an artificial stimulant which does you more harm than good. Your energy drink may have a lot of sugar in it, too – check the label. It will increase your insulin secretion which will lead to an energy dip in a few hours.
There are healthy natural alternatives…
I prefer tea in the morning – an aromatic blend of herbals. And a good breakfast.
Tea has sufficient caffeine to perk you up, without giving you the jolt of coffee. It also contains many beneficial elements which are still being researched, see the ten million (!) google links below. It has been enjoyed for thousands of years compared to a few centuries for coffee, so it has stood the test of time. It is less addictive than coffee. As for “energy drinks”, just read the labels. Are you sure you want all those sugars and chemicals in you first thing in the morning?
I always have a cup tea. You get the same amount of caffine but you don’t crash and get jittery like with the other two. And it’s considered the most healthy, especially green tea.
The least beneficial I think would be an energy drink. They usually have high fructose corn syrup and that’s something people should stay away from.
Actually, apple juice is better for a morning juice than even coffee…
tea and a healthy breakfast after a good night’s sleep!
Coffee is best.
Energy drink is worst and provides the least health benefit.
most healthy: tea
least healthy:coffee ’cause it stunts your growth.
