    I love coffee. Seriously. But, i know that if you drink too too much then its obviously not good; but too much of anything isn’t good. I read that if you drink a cup of coffee a little while before a workout you usually increase you workout time from 6 to 7% and it keeps your heart rate up. Coffee does not stunt your growth, but it does stain your teeth. Coffee can dehydrate you, so don’t drink to much of it, even if you don’t feel ‘thirsty’ you could be very dehydrated which is definitely bad for your health. Overall don’t drink large amounts of coffee a day, and you’ll be fine.
