try half decaf, half reg coffee to start with
nope, no nutritional benefits to coffee, regular or decaf.
drinking decaf coffee isn’t doing what your doctor said. He told you to not to go cold turkey. He assumed that you would cut back on the coffee. Switching to decaf is the same as going cold turkey. Unless you’re drinking old decaf. as the decaf coffee sits and ages, it gets stronger and more or less recafinates. So people who complain that they were given regular coffee instead of decaf may have actually old coffee instead of fresh coffee.
go half regular and half decaf for about a week or two and then keep cutting back on the regular coffee until you’re drinking nothing but decaf.
