It makes you go to the bathroom.
not that i know of, though it does wonders for the taste buds.
i new study is finding that caffeine may help with liver cirrhosis
A single service of black coffee has 2 calories, minimal sodium and 11% of your daily value of riboflavin. Mmmmm riboflavin!
Um, i think the fact that it keeps you awake and not fall asleep while driving on your way to work is very nutritious and great for your overall well being.
Just my opinion
Decaf apparently has a ton of positive effects. Great question BTW!
Coffee consumption has been linked to breast size reduction[73] and taking regular hits of caffeine reduces the risk of breast cancer.[74] Coffee appears to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, cirrhosis of the liver,[75] and gout. It increases the risk of acid reflux and associated diseases.[76] Some health effects of coffee are due to its caffeine content, as the benefits are only observed in those who drink caffeinated coffee, while others appear to be due to other components.[77] For example, the antioxidants in coffee prevent free radicals from causing cell damage.[78]
Over 1,000 chemicals have been reported in roasted coffee: more than half of those tested (19/28) are rodent carcinogens.[79] Coffee’s negative health effects are often blamed on its caffeine content. Research suggests that drinking caffeinated coffee can cause a temporary increase in the stiffening of arterial walls.[80] Coffee is no longer thought to be a risk factor for coronary heart disease.[81] Some studies suggest that it may have a mixed effect on short-term memory, by improving it when the information to be recalled is related to the current train of thought, but making it more difficult to recall unrelated information.[82] About 10% of people with a moderate daily intake (235 mg per day) reported increased depression and anxiety when caffeine was withdrawn,[83] and about 15% of the general population report having stopped caffeine use completely, citing concern about health and unpleasant side effects.[84]
Some studies have indicated that regular coffee drinking can reduce the chances of diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and colon cancer.
Yes. It has a couple of factors about it though. It causes your liver to swell or inflamate. This is not a good thing, but it won’t kill you. Coffee does contain a small amount of Sodium and a little amount of Protein, but other than that, you are just drinking a big pot of Caffeine. Hope this helps!!!

Coffee beans are roasted seeds from the fruit of the evergreen coffee tree. Like other nuts and seeds, they are high in proteins (11 percent), sucrose and other sugars (8 percent), oils (10 to 15 percent), assorted organic acids (6 percent), B vitamins, iron, and the central nervous system stimulant caffeine (1 to 2 percent). With the exceptions of caffeine, none of these nutrients is found in coffee.
Like spinach, rhubarb, and tea, coffee contains oxalic acid (which binds calcium ions into insoluble compounds your body cannot absorb), but this is of no nutritional consequence as long as your diet contains adequate amounts of calcium-rich foods.
