Coffee HAS been proven not to be beneficial. How can a caffeine addiction be good. It is a personal choice. What matters to you more? Try a 100 b-complex vitamin with your juice instead and you will have double the energy without yellow teeth and caffeine.

While it has been shown that coffee has antioxidants, coffee in general is not good for a person. It also acts as a stimulant which can trigger heart attacks. Some people feel that they need coffee to get going in the morning, but that is because they are addicted to the stimulant that is in coffee. I have survived over 50 years without coffee, and I’ll survive another 150 years without that stuff.
