Depends on what scientific news report you read and even then it seems to change from week to week. Nothing is good for you if you take too much of it. However, coffee or anything in moderation is not that bad for you. As for side effects, I’ve found too much caffeine keeps me awake.
well coffee makes you more awake so a good thing about it is that you will have no problem getting up in the morning :p lol, x but unfortunately the rest is all pretty bad. coffee dehydrates you but you could just drink lots of water throughout the day and you should be fine. i think that it is just generally bad for your body. sorry i dont know much about coffee but the things above is what i do know. i’m 14 and have been drinking coffee since i was 12. i was aware it wasnt great for my health but i love it so much! so i limited myself to a SMALL cup 3-4 days a week along with drinking lots of water. these past 2 years have been fine-the coffee hasnt really effected me. just limit yourself of it slightly and you should be fine, but obviously it is better if you dont drink it but a little shouldnt hurt you. hope i have helped, good luck xx

Well as long as you brush your teeth and drink it in moderation you should be just fine.
