I’m eighteen and I’ve been drinking coffee regularly, usually two cups a morning, as I entered high school at thirteen. I’ve always drank tea, but usually not every morning if I have not been sick. I recently had my wisdom teeth out, and immediately after recovery, I caught a cold. In the mean time to recovery and now with the cold, I’ve been drinking tea. What are some of the benefits of tea over coffee?

Well Tea boosts your metabolism, so you can lose weight, it has antioxidants, it doesn’t have as much caffeine as coffee, and tea does not have sugar.
Tea has lots of health benefits including having anti-oxidants which slow the “aging” or cellular destruction process, or so I have heard.
Tea may also have less caffeine than some coffees so it may in fact have a more “soothing” and calming affect on your body.

not unless you drink caffeine free coffee if you are drinking coffee with caffeine then you should switch because it is unhealthy to drink so much caffeine a day two cups a day is way to much especially for a teenager if you switch i prefer lemon tea its taste great and its healthy
