I want to make me an iced coffee. I usually order the Venti Iced Coffee with cream and sweetnet. What sweeteners they use and how much? How much cream they use? What type of coffee they use? Any help would be appreciated!

we put like half an inch of cream
and we use terazza blend
If you are making iced coffee for yourself at home, similar to the way we do at starbucks, follow these steps.
1.) Start by visiting your local starbucks
2.) Purchase a coffee like Gazebo Blend, or Terraza Blend. These are very fruity, summery coffees. If your store doesnt have these in stock, ask a barista which coffees are good iced.
3.) Buy a bottle of Starbucks Classic syrup. This is basically liquid sugar to sweeten up the coffee. We use classic syrup instead of sugar because sugar doesnt dissolve well in cold drinks.
4.) Go home with your coffee and scoop the usual amount of coffee you would use in your brewer. When adding water, use HALF the usual amount. You want to brew the coffee double-strong because it will be mixed with ice and cold water.
5.) pour the coffee into a pitcher full of ice, this will melt most of the ice. If you find it too strong still, just add some cold water to weaken it.
6.) An average cup at your house is about 16 to 20oz. Add about 3 tablespoons of classic to each cup, or more/less depending on how sweet you like the coffee.
here’s an easy way to cut down cost even more. just buy the blend from starbucks, or your supermarket. chill the coffee in your refrigerator once it is cooled after being brewed. you can easily make liquid sugar at your own house by mixing and boiling 4 cups of sugar with 6 cups of water. boil for 10 minutes. once it is cooled it is ready to use. and lastly, the cream, which can be bought anywhere!
