As coffee drinkers, I have seen all kinds of gunk in the bottom of cups and pots of coffee. What are some of the tricks you have found to ensure it does not gunk sker.Vissa Watched: because the bottom of the pot / cup of some kind of dark globe at the bottom of the cup of Enoch if you have good tips on how to use a conventional coffee maker to make a great cup of coffee, please share!

    a coffee maker should not leave anything like that in your cup or pot. i do get sediment when i use my french press, but that is to be expected. never had that problem with a coffee maker. maybe take it apart and clean it thoroughly.

    the coffee grounds are probably ground too fine. The filter should be able to catch all that. If you are using paper, that shouldn’t happen. If you are using a mesh filter, the holes are too large for the grounds. Try adding a paper filter and make sure the grounds are more coarse.
