Just wondering what the benefits are to give up coffee from my diet. And why is it that exessive caffiene can cause cellulite cellulite creams, but my main ingredient is caffeine?

    Caffeine raises your blood presure, make your teeth yellow and not very good for your liver.
    So the benefits would be : more normal blood presure, lower risk for heart problems,
    healthier teeth
    healthier liver

    the benefits are huge. first caffeine is in coffee, caffeine causes high blood pressure, shrinks the veins making it harder to get blood to your heart, it is addicting, causes you to not be able to fully get sleep, messes with the central nerve system, and so on.

    yeah i read that caffeine dehydrates u which causes cellulite but the creams have it–doesnt make sense to me either
