Get eight hours (only) of sleep the night before and eat breakfast as soon as you get up in the morning. Then, drink 8 ounces of water every hour until the examination begins. Water delivers energy to your cells – and this will make you feel more awake. Drinking one cup of coffee requires 8 ounces of water to replace the water that is removed when you take in caffeine. Good luck on your test!

When I was in college I soaked my feet in the bucket with water. My feet are playing in the water while I was studying for my exam.

It was effective but if you are so tired and sleepy then you have nothing to do, just rest. It’s a call so follow it!

I find a quick 5-10 min walk does me good. Feel heaps more awake and calmer : )

Nothing works better than making yourself extremely interested in the subject.

each and everyone of us has different reactions regarding different kinds of techniques we use. it may work for others but may not work for me or for you. but you may try different ways… like have more sleep before your review… and eat some chocolates coz these are proven to have lots of caffeine….more than coffee itself. and eat an apple slowly while you’re on review. there’s no harm in trying unless you have allergies on some meds or foods.
