Is there really coffee in Kashi TLC Dark Mocha Almond bars? More importantly, does the container caffeine? The ingredients say “natural coffee extract, but it is real coffee and if it is, it is enough to keep me up if I were to eat one just before bed?

Yes it has coffee in it and yes it has a little bit of caffeine but it will not keep you up it wont even effect you……
