It makes good coffee, but coffee grinds get stuck in the rubber gasket and no matter how much scrubbing and soaking, I will not come out. The solution seems to be to replace the gaskets often, but only to sell gaskets with metal filters that do not appear to require replacement as often. This raises the cost of the gasket replacement and operating costs of the device. To sell the metal filter with rubber gaskets seem to be a gimmick to raise revenue for determination to the client – about as outrageous cost of printer ink. I can not imagine them get away with selling rubber gaskets in Italy for over a dollar each. Maybe I’m wrong? Rating: 3 / 5
I am satisfied with the device, although I see it will be packing problems down the line later. Just note that the “nine cups are demi-tasse of espresso. If I brew a full pot of this, it is just enough for a coffee travel mug. Maybe I should drink less coffee…. Rating: 4 / 5
If you like bold / strong coffee as the coffee pot for you. It seems that the bridge to something of a mix between a regular coffee and espresso – delicious! Viva Italia! Although I felt that the use of tap water is just as good, I think the instructions recommended to use only distilled water. Rating: 5 / 5

Like the smaller version here stovetop espresso manufacturers produce lovely in the morning. I make mine with skimmed milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, whipped cream and more cinnamon. Yummy! Rating: 5 / 5
