recently I started dieting. I was trying to develope my own diet. Here’s what I am eating. Please review it and tell me if it’s good?
1st meal: usually I try to eat one Danone Yoghurt – no fat and sugar – 70 calories
and some coffe with 2% milk and Sweet and Low Sweetener.
I thought that since I’m not eating bread and other oils, I shall use some % from milk to allow some vitamins to melt in it.
Or maybe i’m totally wrong about it?
2nd meal usually after 3-4 hrs or 5 depending if I’m busy with something and have acces to my healthy food.
- I’m eating fat free cottage cheese, or another yoghurt from Danone, or I’m eating Danone Yoghurt plus Mini Carrots 38 calories pack.
- I’m eating cottage cheese usually plain, or am adding some banana and little bit honey.
3rd. and last meal after 3-4 hrs
it’s lunch i’m eating curry rice with raisins and am taking thin sliced piece of beef which I’m frying on water and little bit of soy sauce. After all am washing that watery soy sauce off.

The thing about your diet is like so many others you cant LIVE on that diet you will be tired of it in a very short time so you need variants otherwise its fine except I would take a multivitamin with it just in case there is a vitamin deficiency somewhere.

Your diet seems a little heavy on the dairy products and too light on fruits and vegetables.
You should eat more fruit and veggies and drink more water. Also try to keep in mind that inorder to function properly the body needs foods from all the food groups.

Danone, no offense, doesn’t make the best products. Read what the ingredients are, they add a lot of stuff that’s not needed and can be bad for you. Try something like Stonyfield Farm yogurts, they taste really good and they’re organic.

I noticed you seemed to be eating a lot of dairy products too. Try eating less dairy, and more of veggies, fruits, and some breads.
