on peanut butter. . serving size was 2 tbsp. which has like 139 calories from fat and like 169 calories. . and i ate like 3 and a half tbsp. . i was stressed out not even hungry cuz ive been eating so healthy today. . and yesterday night i drank a cofee/chocolate ice cream shake. . i feel like ima gain weith. . is it possible to gain for these 2 days of eating crap?? im 15 and a girl. . if that even helps. . gahh im so mad at myself!!!
