I own a Westbend combination espresso / coffee maker that has been used almost daily for the last 3 years. (I know, I’m surprised too considering its hardly high end) It worked very well, but at this point, poor machine just worn out, and I am looking to get a ny.Jag used to be a barista and I think stamping my own espresso shots. My roommates like a good pot of regular coffee in the morning. So my ideal combination machine would get a drip coffee function, manual espresso machine function (not automatic), and a steaming nozzle. Things like automatic shut-off is good ocksĂ„.Mitt problem is there seems to be a lot of decent combination machines out there. I look very Deloughi and Krups models together and they all get HORRIBLE User Reviews (broke after a few months, leaking water, etc). Although I can not spend $ 1000 on a professional model, I would like the model I bought for not violate me after 2-3 months. And because of the electrical outlet and disk space, Its not an option to purchase a separate espresso machine and a separate coffee maker. Please no recommendations for stovetop espresso machines, they are wonderful but I do not have that kind of time on morgonen.Tack!

Try coffeegeek.com, it has tons of reviews.
Hi
I can suggest trying http://www.cafevending.com.au or http://www.bluepod.com.au
They offer free on loan coffee machines if you buy sufficient Lavazza capsules from them.
The coffee machine is not what you are used to but the coffee is good.
No worries about service – Maybe worth checking out
You could go with this dual machine from DeLonghi:

It should fit what you’re looking to do. Of course you could go to a higher end espresso machine like the Rancilio Silvia, but that would need a finer grind than the Delonghi & you’d have to make an Americano in place of the regular coffee.

I love my Rancilio, and I’ve been using it regularly for almost 3 years.
